in the beautiful mystery of all that is to come
waiting
hoping
longing
for the moment of completion
and celebration
when small, finite, finished beings
become new
whole
seeing
infinite
healed
That kingdom
That glory
That power yet to come
Right now
But not quite yet
…but almost
and closer than ever
salted with those sacred moments so real
that
time
stands
still
and our spirits
hold their breath in amazement
to hear
the small still voice
of eternity
