I’m so proud of my friends – Casey, Mike, Tim & Evan – and my son-in-law, Corey – who have waited and dreamed and prayed and believed and are now launching their new band, Elliot.  I’ve heard their new music and I love it.  I’ve watched their lives and I love them.  Great things ahead for these guys…I’m certain of it.

You can download their new single Way to Feel Alive, here. It’s free and it’s really fun but it also pushes you to take a look at your life and what you’re doing with it ( I love tricky stuff like that.)  I think Elliot has done something very few bands can do in crafting music that defies the usual demographics of young, old, lost, found, etc., and hits the heart of each one of us.

Please visit their web site:  www.elliot5.com if only to grab your free song and go.  But if you choose to linger and read the story of how they got that name, I promise you’ll be glad you did!

Rolling the Windows Down to Feel the Wind in my Hair,

Bo

  1. Bo, I love the story of the band name, but I think it would have been hilarious if they would have named their band Red Speedo!! That is what I’ll secretly nick-name them.

  2. LOL! I can’t wait to tell Corey! That’s a band name that I’m pretty sure would NOT have been taken.

  3. Love the group! Although I missed seeing Whitney up there playing. We took the whole family and it was amazing!! You have reason to be proud!
